Scholastic Books, publisher of well-loved children and young adults books held a one-week book fair at SRBCL last March 16- 20, a project in line with the company’s goal to promote reading and literacy.
The pupils, parents and faculty welcomed the company’s efforts in making their books more accessible, and truly appreciated the assistance extended by the company’s sales representatives, Mr. Albert Mendoza and Ms. Michelle Ann Rabelas.
One of the company’s more recognizable and loved characters, Clifford the Dog, also entertained the school’s pupils in more than one occasion. Scholastic Books’ return next school year will surely be anticipated by the SRBCL community.
