2008 Karate Medal Harvest
Three pupils provided SRBCL a rich crop of medals in the past year, 2008 in the field of martial arts, specifically, Karate-do. Deceptively sweet and petite Grade I pupil, Elizabeth Maude Demetria U. Eden, her elder brother, the ever active William Charles Federico U. Eden of the Grade II class, and his equally active but unassuming classmate, Matthew Jose R. Serafica are all under the expert guidance and tutelage of Dr. Enrico Vasquez, their sensei.
Their achievements have given their families and the school much pride and cause for rejoicing and hopefully this year will equal, if not surpass last year’s medal haul.
